Saving Energy: Public Institutions

The South Carolina chapter of the Energy Services Coalition (ESC) is a group of energy experts working together at the state and local levels to increase energy efficiency and building upgrades through energy savings performance contracting.

Formed in August 2008 by the South Carolina Energy Office, the South Carolina chapter of the ESC has over 30 members representing energy services companies, investor-owned utilities, state government and energy consulting organizations.
