How does my school district, state agency or public college/university apply for federally-allocated funding?
 
The South Carolina Energy Office has released applications to all eligible organizations. Applications can also be found here.

Must a unit of local government applying for an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) complete an Energy Conservation Plan?
 
Applicants who reach the second review stage will be notified by the South Carolina Energy Office through the Councils of Government (COGs) to provide an Energy Conservation Plan within 30 days of notification in order to proceed further with a potential award.
